A nice collection of work from a fairly unknown (here in the States, at least) British pop trio that has been releasing material for the last 10 years or so. It's true that most Britpop does tend to get unjustly ignored here, but this compilation probably won't win over many new converts. The right ingredients are all in there (chiming guitars, lilting melodies, clean production), but nothing much else is added to the pot to make this stand out from the rest of the gang. As well, if your tastes run in the direction of groups like the Charlatans, Dubstar, and the ilk, you probably already own all the albums these tracks are culled from. If not, then, this is a nice introduction to the work of this trio and you will not be disappointed.
